A recommendation site for otome and romance games on your phone, run by people who make them.

Who we are

Otome Alta is run by TidalAurum, LLC, a small independent studio. We write and publish story-driven otome games for Android, and we play a lot of other people's otome games too. This site is where we keep track of the ones worth your time.

We make some of the games here

We are not a neutral review outlet, and we do not pretend to be. Whenever one of our own games appears in a list, it carries an Our game label, and we only include it where it genuinely fits the topic. We never put it first just because it is ours.

How we pick games

We recommend games we would play ourselves, and we describe them fairly. We do not run down other developers' games.
Every fact about a game (price model, platforms, developer, release date) is linked to its source at the bottom of the page: the store listing, the official website or the official social account.
We say plainly how a game makes money: free with ads, free with gems, or paid.
We favour games you can actually install on Android, because that is where the gaps are.
Game names, icons and trademarks belong to their developers. We do not copy other sites' screenshots.
